For almost fifteen years, Antonio has accumulated extensive experience in the field of management, production and management of artists. In 2011 he created the agency and production company KadelMusic Promoción Cultural, a company that operates with solvency internationally and provides more than a hundred artists with careful comprehensive services of representation, production, promotion and distribution of musical shows. This is possible thanks to the magnificent stable team formed by fourteen specialists who, in turn, allow the development of socio-cultural, training and innovation projects in the field of education and the arts. This experience goes hand in hand with a strict training and according to a complete knowledge that culminates with the Master in Cultural Management by the Universidad Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). In the field of communication, he studies Journalism and collaborates as content coordinator in a radio program of musical promotion of EsRadio Sevilla for two years.

For a decade he has led the direction and management of orchestral formations such as the Orquesta Hispania Filarmónica and Camerata Montes, in addition to collaborating in the production of two lyrical seasons of the Compañía Sevillana de Zarzuela and in the organization of major events such as the Festival Internacional de Guitarra de Sevilla.
Artistic direction
In 2011, Suárez, together with Maribel Sagrera, came up with the idea of the Ciclo de Músicas de Valencina festival, where he was in charge of programming, production and artistic direction in its first seven seasons since its creation and staging. Currently this music festival maintains its annual concert season and enjoys very good health, providing a stable and quality cultural offer to the province of Seville.
